I'm still waiting on a refund for order 1619606600 that postage proves was returned to sosander on the 14th April. They have stopped replying to my email enquires. Don't trust this company. Shocking customer service. I will never use them again.

Sosandar deserve their success. Everything arrives quickly , as advertised and when a return is made it’s simple and refunded or exchanged very quickly. If this excellent standard continues I really hope their brand grows and thrives further. Super.

Ordered top because description said flattering for big (me!) and small boobs. Yes it is, but fabric too thick and wrong for this season. Could not be worn on holiday abroad or warm UK days. Colour not true, but then that's a frequent problem with buying clothes on line. Sadly will be returning this item too. Getting e-mails at least once a day so may now be hitting unsubscribe button too as don't want hassle of having to send everything back.

Sosandar 1619426950Ordered two tops that once washed one time each did not look like "quality tops"Emailed a complaint which was replied to offering replacements which I accepted (29th April), have not heard anything since despite emailing saying I was happy to accept credit not or refund if tops not in stock. Phones not working - no customer service - no further orders.

Hello thank you for your reply, i have decided to order two dresses, so i will review my experience and hopefully will be a positive one

Last year I purchased don’t remember what and returned everything. Unsubscribed from emails. Now I start receiving their catalogs, the first arrived may/June this year. That is really shame on you that you still doing catalogs like it’s 18 century! Hello! It’s 21 century. Never will buy from anyone who’s not sustainable at all. Save the trees!!!!! And I never gave my consent to 3rd party to share my details- made up something more meaningful.please don’t ever email me again.

Never had a problem with returns/refunds. its such a shame that there are no customer reviews on the clothing. As sizing can be an issue. The clothes in catalogue always look lovely, although are very pricey. I have had sizing problems quite often and have had to send things back. I've just ordered a dress so I hope it fits!!! I only tend to order when I've received a catalogue with 20% off plus free delivery, otherwise I probably wouldn't bother.

I returned a dress and top the same day it was delivered as too small. Over 2 weeks later I still have no refund. Can not telephone. All my emails are not delivered. What is going on? Appalling customer service. I have emailed them continuouslyfor 5 days with the email address given by sosander and still no response

I placed a review on here about not receiving an exchange item from Sosandar and them not replying to two emails that I’d sent about the matter. Deborah (who seems to have a huge workload.....) replied on here asking me to email Sosandar and putting FAO Deborah. So I did and got a reply and apology and was told that the item would be winging it’s way to me. So I’ve now received the item and also an e-gift card for the inconvenience so it’s only fair to review that my issue is resolved.

What is going on with Sosandar? I ordered a pair of size 4 shoes and they have sent a 38 instead of a 37. I have emailed them so many times, tweeted, left messages on instagram and facebook and absolutely no response. No phone customer service is available either. Like another reviewer mentioned they are still posting adverts on instagram. Very disappointed and will not order again unless they sort this out.Update. Sosandar have sent out a replacement pair of shoes but they are a 38 again! So I still don’t have the correct shoe and no response to emails again. This is so frustrating. Why are they only responding to these reviews?

The items received, were the worst quality I have ever received. When contacted they would not refund. Do not buy. Save your money.

Just had my first order delivered and I'm delighted beautiful quality lovely colour its actually nicer than the photos and all this with free delivery and 20 per cent off .Great website and prompt delivery .Will definitely recommend to all my friends got my eye on a few more things already .I couldn't be happier.
